Instructors

Meena Nandal

Sensei Meena is a 4th degree black belt and has been training 35 years! She is also in the ISKF Instructor Training program. Meena started karate to learn self defense, and still loves kumite (sparring) most.

Joe Faracchio

Sensei Joe is 7th Dan (7th degree black belt), a certified A-Instructor, A-tournament judge, and B-Examiner. He has been training in Shotokan Karate since 1973 when he began with T. Okazaki Sensei, Ron Johnson Sensei, and Gerald Evans Sensei.
